Everyone has a story. Recording these stories create legacies. An oral history preserves our heritage for future generations in the voice of the storyteller. When we record the laughter, the tears, the stories as they are spoken, it evokes more powerful memories than a memoir written with another person's words and tone. An oral history can also be an ethical will passing along the values and traditions for future generations.
